it's hard to keep the sun from shining



And she turned away in the quiet way of
consciousness awakening from dreams
covered in shadows


into a lake of night
left behind as dreamy explanations
and  me that I should fall so far into this quite
gently simply

It's true...it's hard to keep the sun from shining, especially when you wish it would go away for a little longer so you can dream a little more. When the clouds infiltrate your mind that has no desire for clarity.
