This is adorable! I love the polka dot table cloth. I can envision a kitty enjoying some peanut butter;-)

thanks zoned. Yes, this makes a good kitchen fridge magnet. I found that i cant try to make some art sell which is a good thing because every now and again I make a good selling art not trying to which is much less stressful and more experimental. I just cant figure it all out which works to my benefit mentally lol

What about a greeting card? "I'm stuck on you!" Or "I love more than peanut butter and kitties!"

Really zoned, those are both great ideas. The problem with greeting cards though is that people usually don't want to pay enough of a premium to make them worth while and if you have them made they want to much for them unless you buy a thousand or more. I hate the making money part of art. Im either selling it for way more than it's really worth or not making enough for the time I put into it. Yes, it balances out but it makes it very frustrating because you can't ever figure out how much money something it worth.

I cannot really imagine that struggle. If I painted anything that looked cool, I wouldn't want to sell it.. But if I could make copies of it, I would consider it. More people just buy cheap things that are framed at places like Target and Kohls, because it becomes such stress to worry about precious art investments getting stolen or damaged by fire and flood. I do buy original art but I don't have a lot of wall space and I do have limited funds. However, I have enough funds for things which are practical that I must buy anyway. I'd rather it be something unique and I am willing to pay a little extra to have special notecards or a cool phone cover which I did buy from an artist. I am trying to talk that artist into making some windshield sunscreens with his art, because he is a graffiti artist and it would be so cool. The best I can currently find out there is a zebra print.
So what I am saying is if you want to just bring in a decent income from your art.. Brainstorm some more practical items to put your art on and save your originals for yourself or big spenders and collectors which are few and far between. How about a line of platters?
