I remove my self as best I can
but can't disrobe my dreams of you
that I am within
my heart an empty cask
floating down river
with the
awarenes only of your existence
carrying me
winds blow above me
but I only feel the breath of
your soul moving me
past jeweled fins
under ocean stars
and into
the smooth churn of your
silky
seas
.

This is a very good poem. Great emagery.
It's really beautiful. I like the way it flows. It just makes me wish I could say to the writer of the poem. "I'm right here and I'm not leaving."
Today I awake with deaths hangover
his breath strangely sweet
arising inside my own empty chest
dreaming I was someone else.
