to prove everything might be god

at the center of the sky's breadth
where souls embrace in imaginative ways
our dream doesn't care
that it doesn't matter

who's looking or
who's laughing
here in it all

because everything is
falling together
even the Hundred Things
gently lift and
as if nothing was ever taken away

From Muscles To Mother Moose

words can't escape
the sweeping hands of a clock

repeated in circles
its movement
intent like these
three hands
and three heads

want  to see...
have to see you

Above all the spirits and blood

stained fragments

the very sun

that shone on her shoulders

   that parches your throat

   that does not reach

into this verse

that even now
is still

caged of this earth

Things you can count on

styrofoam rocks thrown into the wind

This Is Evening Three Hundred and Six

colder than snow-frozen tears
and winter's unbroken clouds
 "I'm sorry
 I don't know anything."

Floating under the moonlit sea
angels above
dancing on water

are the children green Giggling yet?

Seven thirty Seven

 words  spread
like butter on toast

 ... I still can hear
     without lips

 - stopped now
in the middle of a complete sentence

I pinch myself

 left here to end something
I don't know how to define

Where would we
would you not like to be

with everything
holding on to everything else
the ocean spoke
How can my love be felt in the world
like your love in every sense of the word

of God and Forever
