You knew the world was like this

.
From a word a paper world came
then worlds from paper words
black swallows against the white sky

they say that once you feel
you can only learn to forget
what radiates out as
the center becomes somewhere else
as now appears in the air
a silence more sacred
than its confession

Nicely said. Very nice.

I am struggling with silences and confessions these days. And yes, I knew the world, espeically my world, was like this, but it seems I never learn. Once I feel I can only learn to forget. This phrase punched me in the stomach today.

I love this. So much seems tied to the past and future that the present seems choked out. So often my feelings run counter to just living for the moment. Ilike the concept but can't embrace it fully. <3

But everything I knew was wrong.
words of worlds whirling wings
Of fire and desire
burning
what I felt once
Forgetting to learn again
everything everywhere
disappearing
lightly
old scars sing
it wasn't me,
but I am guilty anyhow.

Words have the power to create worlds.

It's lovely. As always :)

This is perfect.

And I fear what is thought also creates a real world. In time.

I think I can quote every line of this poem as every word is powerful by itself.
Sometime silence catch things better than any word.

I like this. When people matter to you, it's a different world altogether! :)

It is so strange. I have just read this for the first time yet all I wrote about today seems to eminate the same morals.

This is much better than anything I came up with.

"black swallows against the white sky", did we really show our colours so easily?

I've missed reading your beauty.

Oh, and once again, I drown in your words.
Please write a book of poetry.
Your writing is beautiful!

"they say that once you feel
you can only learn to forget"

but i must say they hit home so perfectly with me. thank you for sharing of yourself so that we can understand that there are people out there who relate.
