Captured In Orbit Around Your Heart

and now I understand
why moons look
bigger near horizons

and how things don't always
get smaller as they move away.

Thanks everyone. There have been books written about the moon near the horizon effect.( forget about the metaphor)
As the clouds move away they appear smaller.
If you think of the moon staying the same size as it moves down in the sky which visually it is doing due to its great distance,(unlike the clouds seemingly getting smaller because they are still relatively close to the observer and therefore appear to be changing in size as they move away and down), you can visualize the clouds getting smaller as they move "down" the field of vision, while the moon stays the same, thus giving the illusion that the moon is larger near the horizon, because it does not get smaller.

I hope that makes sense to someone besides me!!!

thx ,you are an uplifting spirit. Sometimes I think I dont know wtf to write about then I see something like this and realize that feeling that is probably a good thing. Then the problem becomes just moving and not thinking about failing ( yourself)... I like when my sleep wake cycle gets shaken and feeling im on the verge of becoming mildly depressed because that must mean im not aware that im depressed righ now yet :))

as are you. it's good to know that someone out there does get it. and i know what you mean about the writing. sometimes i just sit there for hours with the cursor blinking like mad and having not written a word down. and failing myself is probably my biggest problem; no one punishes me and no one hates me more than i do. fact.

writing in the mornings, early morning, is always the best. you're too drugged up on angst and the fuzzy feeling of sleep calling to you to care about propriety and you just...find words. i think that messed up sleep cycles are a necessity for any writer.

Ive been looking around for about 10 months, before that I had no interest in writing. There must be a certain mysitcal element involved the way you can put words together so well, like they are pulled out of a hat by a magician.
I thought I had seen a few people that were really good, but nothing approaching your intensity and consistency. I hope I havnet jinxed you now !! but I just felt it needed to be said! Talk about an inspiration. But there could also for some I imagine be a little anxiety involved in seeing the ease with which you manipulate the words so perfectly, its enough to creat anxiety for some I would imagine! Luckily for me, im completely insane and rely on magic myself to get me through as I know literally NOTHING about the engish language or its history! Im just glad to have made your acquaintance and I will temper my adulation a little from here on out so as not to make you mad at me for overdoing the praise, but It is sincere , completely and totally sincere and heartfelt. <3 <3

my gosh! i know plenty of writers that have inspired me - like yours, for example - but i've never really brought someone out of writer's block before. wow, that's just...WOW. thank you so much for the praise. all credit has to go to him though, for being so fabulous and completely oblivious about it. as i mentioned in my earlier post, my muse just devours everything that has to do with him. haha, i doubt you've jinxed it. on THIS particular topic, i don't usually run out of words. it's all just the same idea presented in an irritating amount of ways. haha, i barely know anything either, i just write what feels right.

THANK YOU. <3 <3
