Octubris

The tropic breeze tempts the trees
and a receding sun
burnt and hazed
makes gaunt phantoms
of the smallest blade

Did you have a nice vacation?

Yes, it was a crazy and fun time. I was also happy coming home as the pet sitters did a great job taking care of the cats. I hate leaving them for long periods. This company is safe and are bonded and they meet with you before you commit. Anyhow, now I have to work off all the snacking, drinks and overeating at the gym.

You're smiling for the moment. I like that. So glad you had such fun. I used to pet/house sit for people, but I wasn't bonded..just word of mouth. I'd go live in the home and spoil the pets. It was like a vacation for me and I could still work my day job.

It's good to nip that muffin top in the bud before winter sets in. I had a little too much cake this summer and am taking an extra ballet class to work that off. Welcome home...I'm sure the cats missed you:~)

thanks zoned, i run at 4:15 AM so nobody bothers my contemplation of suffering.
3 times a week, 2 miles. That does the trick for me..yes long vacations equal love handle formation on men... Good luck with the ballet

Suffering is right! I do not enjoy running. I have not enjoyed running since I turn 13 and the boobie fairy blessed me. Also my mom insisted I follow her as she ran after dinner. I was supposedly her body guard..It was shear torture! But good that you know what works for you. I like isometrics.

Hope that wasn't too much to say.
